Position: Corporate Sales Associate

ONEHOPE is a Napa Valley Winery built on hope and rooted in purpose.  Through our technology, we enable a purpose-driven community of 5,000+ "Cause Entrepreneurs" to join us on our mission to share wine and give hope through wine tasting experiences nationwide (most are virtual currently).  

To date, we’ve donated over $5M to partner non-profits and through wine sponsorships and thousands of events held we’ve helped nonprofit organizations raise tens of millions more for other meaningful causes. Our award-winning wines are produced by winemaker Mari Wells Coyle in collaboration with other great winemakers including Rob Mondavi Jr.

We're looking for a Corporate Sales Associate to help develop, manage, and optimize our customer acquisition and retention efforts, as well as support sales through the Cause Entrepreneurs. As a Sales Associate, you will develop a strong pipeline of leads through email outreach and phone calls while supporting our Corporate Sales Managers from day-to-day. You should thoroughly enjoy making people's day and have a passion to help customers solve problems. This position is located in Orange County, CA.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop a pipeline of 50-75 new leads per month
  • Establish relationships and drive sales with ongoing clients and past customers
  • Assist the Sales Team with small to medium sales and general inquiries
  • Support the Direct Sales Manager in generating new outreach and content to engage past customers
  • Participate in event opportunities to generate new clients + revenue

Experience and Skills Needed

  • A bachelor's degree in Business/Hospitality, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in customer-facing sales.
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and innovation.
  • A propensity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High communication skills with an ability to communicate/collaborate cross-functionally across internal teams. 
  • Proficient in Google Business Suite (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
  • Bonus: you have experience working with large-scale corporate clients and other B2B contacts.
