Marketing Project Manager

ONEHOPE is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to help execute marketing-led projects across all channels. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in project management, be able to work efficiently with multiple people and departments with a positive attitude. This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to gain experience helping to build a fast-growing business.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with marketing to understand projects, responsibilities, and task owners; projects will span across various channels: wholesale, e-commerce, viaONEHOPE (direct sales business unit), corporate gifting
  • Communicate with all parties involved in each project to ensure progress, flag issues, and provide updates to all necessary stakeholders. Departments outside of marketing can include: operations, finance, design, sales
  • Lead multiple work streams or project teams to execute an existing project or work plan
  • Promote, manage and deliver the continuous improvement of activities
  • Display effective organization skills, manage multiple and competing priorities, and coach others to improve these skills
  • Complete delivery workflow, the full scope of work and helping others understand their responsibility
  • Display attention to detail in executing and reviewing work products to ensure the highest quality deliverables in the allotted timeframe
  • Integrate and synthesize information from multiple sources in order to analyze complex data and results, anticipate issues and solve problems
  • Drive standardization of delivery and activities to provide efficiency; help create more process around project management overall across the business.


  • 3-5 years project management experience
  • High attention to detail, process-oriented, fast learner, self-starter
  • Positive attitude and great communication skills
  • Project governance, e.g. organizational and process aspects
  • Complex schedule analytics, e.g. critical path, schedule compression/time-cost trade-off, change impacts
  • Performance metrics and project reporting
  • Project technology, e.g. project and portfolio management, applications to quantify cause and effect of delays.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Based in Los Angeles (El Segundo)
